Siobhan is passionate about inclusion, equity and diversity and creating advocacy for candidates in the interview process and building Fortune 500 organizations with inclusion and engagement baked into the hiring diverse processes especially for its leadership and executive bench. She has focused on building offerings that are customer-facing inclusive diversity events and interviewing coaching for leadership roles by creating the program called SER LEAP -Leadership Engagement Advancement Program in companies like AWS/Amazon. These programs she created are built for organizations to increase onsite to offer success by 30-57% globally in hiring top tier leadership with 75% of those being diverse. A part of the initiative is building an interview behavioral coaching series called SER LEAP Virtual Leadership Interview Lounge that focuses on hiring diverse leadership and coaching them thru the interview experience. Fun Fact Siobhan has a full life outside of Amazon as an SER Consultant as well, she is currently the CEO & Founder of OneMama.org a Non-Profit that has been building health centers for last 17 years. OneMama.org is a birthing and medical health center model that focuses on providing pre & post-natal health care, malaria treatment and HIV preventions to small rural communities in sub-Saharan African communities that live under $1.25 a day and have babies in those conditions. |
